OK...which one is right?

When I weighed myself this morning on my scale....it said that I lost 7 lbs from yesterday. I think I like my scale much better.....

Goals for this week:
  • cardio training 2x weekly
  • strength training 3x weekly
  • drink only water....after my morning coffee, of course.
  • eat breakfast
