I did manage to eat breakfast Mon, Wed., Thur, and Friday.
I did cardio on Monday, Thursday....strength on Wed. and Friday.
I still am showing a 7 lbs loss and when Denise weighed me on Friday at the gym, it showed a 6 lbs loss...so, gym scale = 1 lbs heavier than home scale....I can live with that! Or it could've been the 2o oz of water I drank before weighing in at the gym....a la Biggest Loser :)
I feel like I am getting stronger....
Today I went to the gym and had a shorter workout due to the fact that Joe is going to the Eagles game today. He was supposed to leave at 9:30am, but didn't leave until 11am, so I went to the gym and did some cardio.
Normally I do 3.5 miles in an hour. Today I did 2 miles in 35 minutes....When I do cardio, it's HIIT (high intensity interval training). I can't run.....got bad knees, but I can keep my heartrate up to the 65% - 85% needed for cardio. So I do lots of incline climbing, some running and lots of fast walking. I try and not let my heart rate drop below the 65% and keep it as close as I can to the 85%.
