Stuff White People Like
Take #70 - difficult break ups.....Don't we love having the angst in our lives? And don't we love reading about it in celebrity news? And don't we love to gossip about it?? White people need drama, dammit....otherwise what else do we have to do?
I disagree with #67 - standing still at concerts....I totally dance my ass off....Joe, on the other hand. will stand still....tee hee hee
#41 - Indie music....this is something that I have been exposed to during my stint at Borders....a couple of people there introduced me to some indie bands...and I like the alternative sound....Bands like Iron and Wine (which is really just Sam Bean), The Shins, Ryan Adams, etc...except I think that these are all mainstream now...like Coldplay :)
#39 - Netflix....I love me some Netflix....We are so bad with returning movies that it's cheaper for us to buy them....now I don't need to. Of course, my Netflix queue is out of control. I think at last count, I had 255 movies saved....it's too easy. But now I find I'll add stuff that I'd never rent but would check out on cable, maybe...it's like I think it's free! Woo hoo. I also add movies for Chelsey, tv series that I missed the first time around, or quirky documentaries, such as Dogtown and Z boys, 7 up series, Expo - Magic of the White City, Chuck Jones, and Double Dare.
