Reality Television

I'm going thru our DVR to kind of clean it up and see what's new out there in the tv world that I want to watch. And I am horrified to realize that 90% of it....is reality television.

This is what I am DVRing.....and watching:

"I Survived A Japanese Gameshow"

ABC has it available in HD and let me tell you...Tokyo looks stunning in HD. The premise is kinda silly...they take 10 Americans and dump them in Japan and make them go on Japanese gameshow....I thought this was pure campy fun and I am looking forward to watching this all season. Last night was the premiere and I LOVED it. Dress up Americans as giant bugs and make them splat themselves on a pretend windshield....Awesomely bad!

"The Baby Borrowers"

Takes teenage couples and lets them experience the joys of parenthood from infant to toddler to school age to teenage to old people....I predict not one of these couples will be together when the show ends.....Great great birth control....why do you think I make Chelsey watch Joey so much?? tee hee hee.

"Legally Blonde - The Search for the Next Elle Woods"

I kid you not....It's like the Grease casting show that was on last year....but blonder!

"I Love the New Millennium"

The 2000s are not over yet...but that hasn't stopped VH1 from creating this series.....great look back at pop culture over the last 8 years.
